For the die hard fan a GREAT read. A piece called The Sith Explained . Someone actually pieced together all the information from the books, the movies, and the comics to put together a history and explain many things about the Sith. Covers the start of the Sith culture thousands of years before Episode I ever takes place and even covers some information that occurs in Episodes VII – IX time frame (Note for only the partial Star Wars geek, those episodes appeared in written form but never made into movies).
Second is an interesting read. I found it as an assumed joke article of howstuffworks (well since it was never actually made in real life), but it actually is a pretty detailed article of how it works, if it had been made according to specs listed across many of the movies, and written works regarding Star Wars.
